I am a physician and have been a school health doctor at both the college and high school level for the majority of my career.  I very much enjoy learning and teaching, and regularly give presentations to regional colleague groups, especially through the New England affiliate of the American College Health Association, as well as to area schools and interest groups.  I have given well-received solo and group presentations on a variety of topics, most recently focusing on transgender health issues and communication regarding students-at-risk.  In more general terms, I enjoy applying my knowledge and experience as a physician and school health administrator to helping colleagues and institutions navigate tricky areas of interplay between students’ health issues and institutional policy.
