Hi! Mindfulness and meditation are great passions for me. I’ve been working in the field of wellness in education, focusing on mindfulness, meditation and sound therapy for many years. This work is truly joyful, and has benefited my own personal transformation and allowed me to help bring these benefits to others through authentic positive experiences and observations. In School Mindfulness Class and Community Support
These are opportunities for your school to incorporate ongoing mindfulness meditation in a variety of ways:
* Age appropriate classes for lower, middle, upper division students
* Mindful leadership training for student councils
* Family mindfulness best practices
* Meditation clubs in or after school
* Mindfulness moments to open or close school community meetings
* Meditation classes for philosophy clubs
