Have you ever wondered how to build strong relationships as a leader? Come to this workshop ready to learn how to center belonging in your leadership practice. Join Points of You® Master Facilitator Tony Hernandez to take your leadership practice to the next level.
Participants attending this workshop will:

  1. Reflect on their understanding of relational leadership through an experiential process.
  2. Gain new insights about leadership.
  3. Connect three relational leadership models to their own practice.

Tony Hernandez

As founder of Reflective Wisdom informed by years of being a passionate educator, Tony inspires school leaders and educators who want to remain devoted to the impact they make by accepting who they are so that they know the value they bring. As a certified Points of You® Trainer and Facilitator, he melds social/emotional development, well-being and DEI practice into all of his workshops and projects. Tony has been an integral contributor to projects such as the Pennsylvania Department of Education pilot course called, Equity in Education: Why Leadership Matters, the NAIS program coordinator for the Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM) that trains member schools in how to plan and implement AIM. And has served as a residential facilitator for the Equity Exchange, a summer learning institute for public and private school leaders in St. Louis, Missouri. Tony brings a deep experience in teaching, leading and facilitating. He enjoys sharing the lessons he has learned by tapping into an intuitive leadership practice in a process Tony believes each person can hone.
